Dr Mbagaya sees new private patients and follow-up appointments at Nuffield Health, Bristol Hospital, Spire Bristol Hospital and 25 Harley Street, London. This may be face to face consultations at Nuffield Bristol or Spire Bristol or remote video and telephone consultations. He also offers extended consultations and a second opinion.
It is advisable to have a referral letter from your GP or specialist to maintain professional communication and ongoing patient care.

Self-pay patients have to pay for their consultations before being seen.
Dr Mbagaya is accredited by all major insurers such as Aviva, AXA Health, Bupa, Bupa On Demand, Cigna, Vitality Health, WPA and also sees self-funded patients and will bill within the schedule of charges for specific insurance companies. Insured patients would need authorisation from their insurance company before review.
As you are ultimately liable for all costs associated with your care, even if you are insured, it is critical to double-check the coverage provided by your insurance. We strongly advise you get in touch with your insurance provider before beginning your preliminary and follow-up consultations, diagnostic investigations, or any planned medical courses.
An authorisation number will be provided by your insurance company. Please send it to us in advance of your consultation or bring it with you to your appointment.
